Yes. You own and control the domain, hosting and platform accounts unless we agree otherwise in writing. Rights in the deliverables transfer to you on payment in full.

### Will it rank first on Google?

We do not guarantee rankings. Search results depend on competitors, the market and search engines' own changing systems. We build sites that are fast, crawlable and structured sensibly, which is what is actually within our control.

### Who is responsible for cookies and GDPR on my site?

That split is agreed in the contract. As a rule the site owner is the data controller for their visitors' data; we build to the requirements you give us. Ask for it to be written into the statement of work.
